BHE GT&S operates an interstate natural gas system that underpins energy reliability for homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure across an eight-state footprint. About the Role

As a Senior Engineer or Senior Engineer II at our White Oaks General Office Building in Bridgeport, WV, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and optimization of capital growth projects. Your work will span the entire project lifecycle, from early customer engagement and concept development through design and construction support, to ongoing operations and gas control collaboration.

In this position, you will engineer the GT&S system by performing hydraulic modeling, sizing and routing pipelines, and evaluating compressor equipment. You will convert commercial requests into actionable projects, partnering with business development to scope opportunities while ensuring firm obligations are met. This role offers visible impact, with projects often highlighted internally and across the industry, allowing you to develop deep knowledge of system functionality while collaborating widely across functions including Business Development, Marketing, Gas Control, Operations, and Legal.
