Our Education team provides consulting services and technology solutions to schools, districts, and state education agencies. We work to promote student success, optimize financial resources, and ensure equity in education. Our services span teaching and learning solutions, data systems, IT solutions, and recovery services, all aimed at ensuring every student has what they need to succeed.

About the Role

This Data Integration Analyst role is a pivotal part of our Education team, supporting the Oklahoma statewide project with additional coverage across Mid-South clients. You will join a fast-paced, deadline-driven team where your work directly impacts data accuracy and client success. The position blends hands-on data operations with foundational analysis, requiring you to execute data processes while interpreting and validating complex datasets.

In this role, you will manage recurring data imports and exports, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure data quality standards are met. You will serve as a bridge between technical data flows and client needs, communicating findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. While primarily remote, the role involves occasional travel (10-30%) for client meetings and team collaboration. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow from operational execution into advanced data analysis and client-facing consulting responsibilities over time.
