About the Role

This Data Integration Analyst position is a pivotal operational role supporting the Oklahoma statewide project, with additional capacity to assist Mid-South clients. You will serve as the backbone of our data operations, ensuring that critical student and system data flows accurately, timely, and securely. This role exists to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable insights, maintaining the integrity of the systems that drive educational outcomes.

In this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you will combine hands-on technical execution with foundational analysis. Your day-to-day involves monitoring complex data imports and exports, troubleshooting failures to identify root causes, and performing manual corrections to resolve inconsistencies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to validate data quality, support reporting needs, and document processes that enhance reliability. While primarily remote, this role includes occasional travel (10-30%) for client meetings and team collaboration.
