The Sr. Customer Service Administrator serves as a vital support pillar for the sales and order management teams at Butler America Aerospace, LLC. Based in East Syracuse, NY, this role is designed to ensure the seamless execution of the order lifecycle, from initial equipment ordering to final warranty registration. The position focuses on maintaining high standards of customer service while providing critical data support to strategic account management through daily reporting.
This is an onsite position with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Once the employee has completed their training, there is an opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model. The role requires a blend of administrative precision and proactive communication to support the broader business objectives of the aerospace division.
