This position prioritizes and performs a wide variety of clinical laboratory tests on various biological specimens, reviewing, evaluating, documenting, and reporting results with a focus on patient confidentiality and safety protocols. Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a technical consultant upon delegation by the medical director and act as a mentor to laboratory personnel. You will train and supervise trainees, laboratory assistants, and clerks as needed, ensuring the integrity of the laboratory's operations.
Up to $20,000 hiring incentive and $5,000 relocation are available for eligible rehires and external hires who meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.
