About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst at Capital One, you will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will join a team of world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that directly impact the bottom line. This role is designed for a tenacious decision-maker who brings a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business.
You will work in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation. Your work will involve solving business challenges across product, marketing, and credit risk domains, connecting historical behavior to future trends, and driving implementation efforts in partnership with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
