About the Role

The Senior Application Developer serves as a seasoned professional bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical execution. In this capacity, you will lead and support the design, integration, and implementation of scalable ERP solutions that align with strategic business objectives. The role is critical for ensuring solutions are designed for scalability, resilience, and long-term growth.

Operating with minimal supervision, you will guide and mentor junior team members while overseeing testing, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing production support. Your day-to-day involves driving complex application configurations, managing the full lifecycle of large-scale enterprise implementations, and maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents and user requests.
