You will join a team dedicated to maintaining, configuring, and supporting enterprise IT systems, including servers, networks, and virtual environments. This role exists to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of critical infrastructure. You will apply system updates and security configurations while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to provide timely resolution and root cause analysis.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with cybersecurity and engineering teams to ensure compliance with applicable standards such as STIGs and RMF. You will also support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning efforts while maintaining comprehensive system documentation and standard operating procedures. This is an onsite role located in Tucson, Arizona, requiring an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance on day one.
