About the Role
The Sports Bet Supervisor serves as the operational backbone of the sportsbook, ensuring the seamless execution of betting activities, precise cash handling, and exceptional guest service delivery. In this fast-paced, highly regulated environment, the role is critical for maintaining the integrity of the floor while fostering a culture of responsible gaming.
You will lead and develop the sportsbook team, acting as the primary point of contact for both staff and guests. Your day-to-day involves monitoring betting activity to identify irregular patterns or suspicious behavior, coordinating with Security, Finance, IT, and Marketing departments, and ensuring strict adherence to all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
