About the Role
As a Per Diem Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, as well as functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments. Based on these assessments, you will help determine treatment plans, perform interventions aimed at improving the patient's well-being, and evaluate their progress. You will work within the scope of practice defined by state laws, coordinating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure high standards of care.
