About the Role
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will serve as a vital member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload, crafting and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your work extends beyond direct therapy; you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and documenting progress within our EMR systems. A key part of your day involves educating patients and their families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing safety. Additionally, you will contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of clinical excellence.
