Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, administer, evaluate, and document physical training protocols for SOF personnel
- check_circleDemonstrate and provide instruction on exercises, movements, and injury avoidance techniques
- check_circleCollaborate with sports medicine and nutrition professionals to ensure holistic human performance
- check_circleAssist in developing facility standard operating procedures and training protocols
- check_circleMaintain records of utilization, workload, and participate in clinical staff quality assurance
- check_circleParticipate in periodic meetings to review and evaluate physical training programs
- check_circleAdvise command on strength and conditioning, supply purchasing, and fiscal requests
- check_circleCoordinate training programs to ensure safe and expeditious return to duty for injured personnel
Requirements
- verifiedU.S. Citizenship
- verifiedDoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in exercise science, health science, or physical education
- verifiedNSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification
- verifiedMinimum 5 years experience in sport/mission performance programs
- verifiedCPR and AED certification
- verifiedFluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
Prior military and/or SOF experience. Master's degree in an accredited exercise science, health science, or physical education-related discipline.
