About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our award-winning team for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative, dynamic educational environment and bring creativity, patience, and a solution-focused mindset to their work.

In this position, you will lead the instructional process for students in Grades K-5 with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). You will design dynamic, personalized learning experiences within the learning center and/or classroom, delivering targeted instruction that aligns with state and school standards. Your day-to-day involves creating comprehensive lesson plans, utilizing innovative curriculum resources and educational software, and adapting instructional approaches to meet the diverse physical, emotional, and educational needs of each student. You will foster an inclusive environment that actively involves students, parents, and colleagues in the educational process, modeling Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to build a climate of mutual respect and accountability.
