About the Role
As a Sous Chef, you will bring your culinary skills to a dynamic environment where you tempt the palates of our guests with attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. Depending on the specific hotel brand, you will manage various types of food service ranging from simple buffet breakfasts to plated dinners and banquet events.
This role is designed for a team player who works closely with the operations team to provide professional, competent, and prompt service to our guests and client partners. You will serve as a resource to effectively coach and mentor the culinary team, finding opportunities for professional growth in an environment that believes communication and organization are the keys to running a successful kitchen. While striving for perfection, you will understand the balance required to achieve it while growing others.
