Key Responsibilities
- check_circleWork with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements
- check_circleFacilitate development of project plans and manage overall project delivery
- check_circleDevelop presentations and key deliverables to support client decision making
- check_circleSupport Marketing Center of Excellence by creating POV slides and case studies
- check_circleDrive category insights, analysis, and benchmarking to improve value
- check_circleSynthesize disparate data sources into clear insights and deliverables
- check_circleCreate robust sourcing strategies and recommendations for clients
- check_circleCommunicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 years experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs
- verifiedMinimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)
- verifiedMarketing category and procurement expertise
- verifiedUS work authorization without visa sponsorship
Nice to Have
Management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm; Management consulting experience in a client-facing role; Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics); Earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree; Demonstrated abilities in problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities; Ability to effectively take on multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously; Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; Strong communication skills (verbal and written); Self-starter mindset and bias towards proactively taking initiative to learn, grow, and advance projects; Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment and a capacity for innovation and process improvement.
