About the Role
As a Sonography Tech, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services that are integral to our mission. You will operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic examinations across varied departments, working collaboratively with radiologists to produce and analyze images used to diagnose and manage patient health issues.
In this role, you will explain procedures to patients, preparing them for the experience and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the examination. You will adjust and manage imaging equipment, applying best practices to capture useful and high-quality diagnostic information while maintaining accurate patient records in strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines. You will also participate in training and development sessions to stay current with technological advancements and best practices in sonographic imaging.
