As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical resource for our sales organization, acting as the "technical brain" behind our commercial success. Your core mandate is to secure the "technical win" by demonstrating how our advanced connectivity solutions solve complex customer challenges. You will bridge the gap between our customers' technical teams and our commercial proposals, translating deep technical capabilities into clear business value.
In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to evangelize our platform. Your day will be a dynamic mix of whiteboarding complex provisioning flows, presenting strategic architecture to C-level executives, and diagnosing high-stakes customer-down situations. Beyond the sales cycle, you will act as a critical subject matter expert and Tier 3 escalation point for our Technical Support team, owning the resolution of novel, complex, or high-impact platform issues.
You will also serve as the "voice of the customer," providing actionable field feedback to our Product and Engineering teams to shape our roadmap. Whether designing solution architecture diagrams, managing Proofs of Concept, or owning technical sections of RFPs, you will ensure senior-level technical ownership from discovery through to resolution.

Direct experience working in the IoT/M2M industry. Experience in key customer verticals such as telematics, EV, smart metering, drones, or logistics. Experience acting as a Tier 3 escalation point for a technical support organization. Familiarity with common IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, LwM2M) and cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub).
