The Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) program, operating under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), serves as the backbone IT infrastructure for public shipyards. Its mission is to enable the modernization of ship maintenance by delivering integrated planning, engineering, materials, and execution data.
As a Solution Architect at Siemens, you will play a pivotal role in this modernization effort. You will design and implement Siemens Opcenter (Manufacturing Execution System – MES) and Teamcenter (Product Lifecycle Management – PLM) solutions from the ground up. Your work will ensure these platforms align seamlessly with shipyard business processes, adhere to strict cybersecurity standards, and support NAVSEA's long-term digital engineering vision.

Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Familiarity with Navy shipyard operations and NMMES/NAVSEA business processes. Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or heavy manufacturing. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or similar architecture certification. Ability to support digital twin and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) initiatives.
