At Axon, we're on a mission to Protect Life. We're explorers, pursuing society's most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities, and each other.
Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging, and meaningful. Here, you'll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter.
As a Product Marketing Manager focused on Axon's software portfolio, with initial emphasis on DEMS, AI, and productivity workflows, you will define how high-impact software initiatives are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. You will focus on the highest-impact initiatives, applying disciplined prioritization and scalable GTM frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency across a large and evolving roadmap.
You will work closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Communications partners to bring new capabilities to market, support pipeline growth, and drive meaningful adoption across Axon's software platform, the fastest-growing part of the entire product portfolio. In this role, you will leverage AI to support narrative development, competitor tracking, and persona-based content iteration, enabling you to scale delivery and deepen audience understanding.
First 30 Days You will deep dive into Axon's software portfolio, with an initial focus on DEMS, AI, and productivity workflows, including customers, use cases, and existing GTM frameworks. You will build relationships with Product, Sales, and Marketing partners across software teams and understand the prioritization model to determine where Product Marketing has full ownership versus enabling product and sales teams.
First 60 Days You will own messaging or GTM execution for priority software initiatives, aligned to current business priorities. You will deliver targeted improvements to sales enablement, positioning, or customer-facing narratives and apply scalable templates and frameworks to support product-led releases.
90 Days and Beyond You will lead GTM execution for high-impact software launches and in-market adoption efforts. Acting as a trusted partner to Product, you will translate roadmap changes into clear, defensible messaging and establish clear KPIs and reporting to demonstrate Product Marketing impact in a resource-constrained environment.

We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
Don't meet every single requirement? That's ok. At Axon, we Aim Far. We think big with a long-term view because we want to reinvent the world to be a safer, better place. We are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.
