About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work within a Scaled Agile Scrum team comprised of business representatives and IT employees to complete software development based on functional specs. You will serve as a subject-matter expert for the Ariba product team, liaising with other product teams to manage multiple build projects from requirements gathering through implementation.

Your day will involve triaging O&M incidents, extracting and analyzing SAP table data to diagnose issues, and designing corrective actions for recurring problems. You will collaborate with developers to create technical designs, write functional specifications, and ensure software standards are met throughout the lifecycle. This role is critical in maintaining and evolving the Ariba, Product Sourcing, and Quotation Management processes to proactively identify and reduce risk.

Work Environment & Culture

Remote Work: This position offers full-time remote telework. The employee selected will work remotely full-time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Schedule: We support a variety of alternate work schedules. This specific position follows a 4x10 hour day schedule, offering 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports flexible schedules that provide additional time away from the office in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
