Anduril's Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division has two core missions: building highly capable autonomous drones and manufacturing solid rocket motors at scale. We transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from early concepts into fully operational capabilities by partnering closely with specialist engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and manufacture solid rocket motors using advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume production methods, delivering safe, reliable propulsion systems that support a wide range of mission requirements.
Our teams contribute to highly capable autonomous robotics systems and propulsion products that operate reliably in the most demanding mission environments. As a Robotics Software Engineer on the TRS team, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge autonomous systems development. You will help build and enhance Anvil, our autonomous kinetic interceptor designed for the precise and low-collateral defeat of Group 1 and 2 aerial threats. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Anduril's cutting-edge UAS capabilities, owning feature development from design inception to customer deployment. You will work closely with hardware and manufacturing teams during product development, providing quick feedback that contributes to the final hardware design, and integrate with other air defense and platform teams within the Anduril Lattice ecosystem.

Experience in one or more of the following robotics disciplines: motion planning, perception, localization, mapping, controls, and related system performance metrics.
