About the Team

Texas Instruments is a global semiconductor company dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and selling analog and embedded processing chips. Our mission is to create a better world by making electronics more affordable and reliable through continuous innovation. We empower our employees to own their career development and collaborate with some of the smartest people in the world to shape the future of electronics.

The Information Technology Solutions organization is at the heart of this mission, driving business decisions and enabling operations across our diverse markets. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives, believing they are essential to pushing innovation forward and making TI stronger.

About the Role

This position is part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), a three-year rotational journey designed to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Unlike traditional entry-level roles, CAP provides professional and technical training alongside function-specific on-the-job learning opportunities.

You will spend your first three years completing multiple assignments to gain a deep understanding of business processes and how to develop quality solutions. Early in your career, you will gain exposure to a variety of IT roles through meaningful, real-world experiences. Whether you are acting as a liaison between businesses and IT, supporting system design and implementation, or managing complex network and security infrastructures, you will solve problems that directly impact equipment automation, factory management, and global operations.

Once your rotations are complete, you will be placed in a rewarding position that plays to your strengths, allowing you to focus on a specific path such as Business Analysis, Application Development, or Systems Administration.

Hiring Process

To join our team, please apply directly to this requisition. We look for candidates who demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to work effectively in teams, and a drive to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Equal Opportunity & Legal

Texas Instruments is an equal opportunity employer and supports a diverse, inclusive work environment. We consider qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, creed, disability, genetic information, national origin, gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

Please note that Texas Instruments will not sponsor job applicants for visas or work authorization for this position. Additionally, we do not make recruiting or hiring decisions based on citizenship or immigration status; however, if export control restrictions prohibit you from working in this position without an export license, we reserve the right not to seek such a license and may offer a different position or decline to move forward with your employment.
