This position is part of the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), a three-year rotational journey designed to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Unlike traditional entry-level roles, CAP provides professional and technical training alongside function-specific on-the-job learning opportunities.
You will spend your first three years completing multiple assignments to gain a deep understanding of business processes and how to develop quality solutions. Early in your career, you will gain exposure to a variety of IT roles through meaningful, real-world experiences. Whether you are acting as a liaison between businesses and IT, supporting system design and implementation, or managing complex network and security infrastructures, you will solve problems that directly impact equipment automation, factory management, and global operations.
Once your rotations are complete, you will be placed in a rewarding position that plays to your strengths, allowing you to focus on a specific path such as Business Analysis, Application Development, or Systems Administration.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, or similar) and experience building or maintaining production software systems. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VLANs) and operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), including experience in on-premises, data center, or hybrid cloud environments. Experience with cloud platform services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), including infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) or container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). Exposure to CI/CD pipeline development, platform engineering, or DevOps practices in an enterprise or production environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, software engineering, or related field required.
