The Advanced Mission Planning team within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization is seeking software engineers to perform software design and development for autonomous systems.
This position focuses on supporting the development of solutions to a wide range of complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. The selected team member will enjoy working collaboratively with others, maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction and process improvement, and succeeding in a multi-contract, multi-program environment.
You will be adaptable to new development environments and eager to work with and learn new technologies. This role is ideal for a Mid-Level or Senior Software Engineer who thrives in a dynamic setting where they can lead junior engineers and contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of non-embedded software.

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. Level 4 status (9 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience). Experience with Mission Systems architectures, Open Missions Systems (OMS), and/or Universal Command and Control Interface (UCI). Familiarity with Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and/or Radar. Simulation development experience. Experience with Continuous integration practices. Usage of software development tools such as JIRA, GIT, and Jenkins. Software testing experience.
