The Social Worker, Regional Manager serves as a vital liaison between operations leadership, the Divisional Manager, and field social workers within the assigned area. Acting as a subject matter expert and resource, this role is dedicated to supporting the delivery of excellent psychosocial care while driving improvements in quality outcomes through strategic direction and guidance.
In this position, you will balance leadership responsibilities with a reduced direct patient caseload. Your day-to-day involves fostering a culture of teamwork and high patient satisfaction, ensuring that field social workers have the tools, training, and support needed to excel. You will be instrumental in standardizing documentation to meet CMS Conditions for Coverage, coordinating orientation for new hires, and facilitating communication regarding continuing education opportunities.
This role requires active collaboration with operations management to maintain optimal social worker coverage across dialysis facilities, particularly during leaves of absence, vacations, or census increases. You will also play a key part in performance evaluations and participate in leadership meetings focused on quality, policy, and staff development, all while promoting guest customer service standards throughout the organization.
