The Creative Team oversees the team's social media platforms, which have grown to a combined ecosystem of nearly five million followers. This role is designed to keep fans up-to-date on all things Team Penske while providing unique, behind-the-scenes digital content. Beyond direct fan engagement, the Creative Team serves as a vital resource for the Marketing department, helping to foster and maintain relationships with the team's 45 corporate partners.
As a key member of this group, you will bridge the gap between analytical strategy and creative execution. You will work closely with all Team Penske departments, including Partnership Marketing, Branding, and Licensing, to ensure consistent and timely posting across varying platforms. The role requires an adaptable team player who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planned editorial calendars to unplanned live event coverage.
This position is not remote. It involves frequent travel throughout the year, with a heavy emphasis on race weekend travel and additional weekday travel as needed. Candidates must be comfortable with a travel-intensive schedule and the ability to capture content both in the office and at the track.
