About Tallo

Tallo is a career discovery and talent connection platform dedicated to helping nearly 2 million users—primarily students and early-career talent—explore their potential. We connect these users with jobs, apprenticeships, scholarships, and learning opportunities. Our core belief is that skills and potential matter more than pedigree. We are building a world where someone who learned through an apprenticeship or self-study has the same opportunity as someone with a four-year degree.

About the Role

As a Social Media Intern, you will be the creative engine behind our digital presence. This role is designed to give you hands-on experience in a real-world marketing environment while contributing to our mission of empowering young people. You won't be stuck doing busy work; instead, you will manage our posting schedule, test new content ideas, and analyze what resonates with our audience of teens and young adults.

Your day will involve collaborating with content creators to bring creative briefs to life, staying ahead of trending topics, and diving into analytics to understand what drives engagement. You will work in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment where you'll receive weekly check-ins and one-on-one meetings with our early talent development leader. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn new platforms and tools while working on projects that have a tangible impact on our business goals.

Hiring Process

We are looking for curious individuals who want to learn and grow. If you are ready to bring your creative ideas to the table and help us shape the future of career discovery, we encourage you to apply. Please note that this is a fixed-term internship position with the potential for extension into the Fall based on performance and business needs.

Our Culture & Commitment

Stride, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where applicants receive consideration for employment based on merit, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities throughout the application and interview process. If you require an accommodation to apply, please contact stridecareers@k12.com.

We foster a culture of curiosity, organization, and follow-through. Whether you are spotting a viral trend before it blows up or managing complex deadlines, your contribution helps us build a platform that truly serves the next generation of talent.
