About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to serve as a Senior RSA Archer GRC Consultant. In this 12-month renewable contract role based in Austin, Texas, you will support the design, implementation, configuration, and administration of enterprise RSA Archer GRC solutions. You will partner closely with Information Security, Data Privacy, Risk Management, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, configure, implement, and support RSA Archer applications and solutions
- check_circleManage Archer modules including assessments, workflows, issue management, and compliance monitoring
- check_circleGather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and configuration specifications
- check_circleConfigure forms, questionnaires, workflows, calculations, data feeds, and role-based permissions
- check_circleDevelop integrations between Archer and external systems using REST APIs and web services
- check_circleImplement client-side scripting and dynamic functionality using JavaScript and jQuery
- check_circleTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform optimization
- check_circleCreate and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and integration specifications
- check_circleCollaborate with security, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to support governance initiatives
Requirements
- verified10+ years supporting enterprise or government GRC implementations
- verified5+ years of hands-on RSA Archer administration and implementation experience
- verifiedExpert knowledge of RSA Archer architecture, data models, workflows, and application configuration
- verifiedExperience with Archer configurations, workflows, calculations, data feeds, and access controls
- verifiedExperience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- verifiedHands-on experience with REST APIs, system integrations, JavaScript, and jQuery
- verifiedFamiliarity with security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory compliance programs
- verifiedArcher Certified Professional (ACP) Expert Certification required
