The Sleep Expert role elevates and enhances the customer's in-store experience by offering best-in-class products and executing Mattress Firm selling programs. You will leverage digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center. This role involves cultivating strong relationships, providing technical and product knowledge, and driving individual sales performance while demonstrating company values. You will also maintain customer relationships during and after the purchase process and stay aware of the competition to ensure the best service.
