Site Support Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, hands-on Field Service Technician to serve as the primary in-person technical resource across multiple healthcare centers in the Birmingham market, with occasional travel to Montgomery. This role is critical to ensuring the reliable operation of the hardware, software, and connectivity that supports daily care delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of IT for local staff, providing onsite support that bridges the gap between technical solutions and patient care. Your day will involve troubleshooting complex hardware and network issues, imaging and configuring devices, and maintaining clear communication with both end-users and the broader IT team. Success in this position requires a professional, business-casual presence and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA and CMS regulations.
