You will be the first point of contact for many visitors, ensuring a secure atmosphere through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response. Your day will involve monitoring entrances and exits, conducting regular foot and perimeter checks, and operating CCTV and communication systems. Beyond security protocols, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations and local authorities to support emergency procedures, manage crowd control during peak periods, and resolve guest concerns with calm professionalism.
