Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Site Security professional to support a prestigious hospitality and travel client. In this on-site position, you will serve as the first line of defense, safeguarding guests, staff, and property through vigilant patrols, precise access control, and effective incident response.

This role is designed for individuals who understand that security in the hospitality industry is as much about service as it is about safety. You will deliver courteous, guest-centric interactions while maintaining a secure environment. Working within a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, you will collaborate closely with hotel operations to ensure seamless experiences for all visitors.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of proactive monitoring and responsive action. You will patrol entrances, exits, and key areas to ensure a secure atmosphere, utilizing CCTV and access control systems to maintain oversight. Whether responding to alarms, addressing guest concerns with calm professionalism, or managing crowd control during peak periods, your ability to enforce policies while providing excellent customer service will be essential.
