This role sits within a dynamic manufacturing environment where quality is paramount. You will be the guardian of product integrity, ensuring that quality products are produced regularly while driving continuous improvement. Your day-to-day involves partnering with production teams, project leaders, and customers to solve complex quality issues and ensure adherence to rigorous standards.
You will act as a coach and leader for production personnel, ensuring the right quality tools are applied during every incident. From conducting audits and analyzing root causes to managing quality walls and supporting customer complaints, your work directly impacts the reliability of the vehicles leaving the plant. You will also play a key role in New Product Launches, helping define limit samples, setting up problem alerts, and supporting initial sample submissions and run-rate operations.
