Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDefine and oversee security operations through subordinate supervisors
- check_circlePlan and organize efficient resource use through employee work schedule development
- check_circleAssist in developing budgets and direct major program segments
- check_circleCoordinate and direct activities of supervisors and officers to meet scope of work requirements
- check_circleIdentify training needs and develop goals to improve quality and service performance
- check_circleResolve employee complaints and take disciplinary action when necessary
- check_circleRespond to complex environments by liaising with airport authorities and regulatory agencies
- check_circleAssign work, plan schedules, approve leave, and assess employee performance
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in security administration, Public Administration, or related fields
- verifiedFour years of progressively responsible security experience
- verifiedExperience within airport industry
- verifiedSecurity supervisory experience required
- verifiedValid State driver's license
- verifiedAAAE ACE certification preferred or must obtain within first year
