This position serves as a Site Manager for electrical substation projects, overseeing the entire scope of construction, building, and commissioning activities from site mobilization through civil works, erection, and final commissioning. You will act under the direction of the overall project leader, managing site teams and ensuring that schedule, quality, and cost remain in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations. This role may involve managing multiple sites simultaneously.
The position requires significant travel, with 90% of time spent across the United States. As a leader in this field, you will bring high levels of operational judgment to solve moderately complex problems, influence priorities, and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of your team. You will serve as a best-practice resource, contributing to strategy development while staying abreast of the latest technical developments in electrical construction.
