The Site Finance Manager serves as a trusted business partner within the Finance organization, acting as the co-pilot and financial accountant for manufacturing sites. As a key member of the factory leadership team, this role is dedicated to leading the pursuit of operational excellence and cost efficiency. The position is designed to support low-to-medium complexity sites, defined by their annual sales, technology footprint, headcount, and capital investment levels.
In this capacity, you will provide transparency on operating results and clarify key performance indicators for Manufacturing through variance analysis, cost structure analysis, and benchmarking. You will play a pivotal role in strategic planning, managing cost and inventory, driving Value Leadership and productivity, optimizing asset utilization, and strengthening governance and controls. The goal is to build financial acumen across the site while ensuring the accurate reporting of period results.
