Site Controller (Manufacturing)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This position is pivotal in partnering with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the site's financial health through rigorous close processes, general ledger management, cost accounting, budgeting, and material margin improvement.

In this role, you will develop and implement financial policies that significantly impact the site's operations. You will analyze complex financial data to present accurate, timely reports to senior leadership, keeping them abreast of financial status and progress. A key part of your day involves aligning department strategy with broader organizational goals and strengthening internal communications around financial targets at all levels. You will also assist the plant manager in managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements in this critical area.

The successful candidate will coordinate all audit activities and prepare consolidated supplemental details to support monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses that facilitate high-level decision-making. This role requires a proactive professional who exercises sound judgment, identifies problems, and develops effective solutions in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
