About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This position is critical to our operational success, serving as a strategic partner to plant leadership to drive financial excellence and support key operational initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, from close processes and general ledger management to cost accounting and budgeting. You will work directly with the plant manager to manage inventory working capital and drive continuous improvements in material margins. The role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment, capable of identifying problems and developing solutions to facilitate executive decision-making.
