About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This position is critical to our operational success, serving as a strategic partner to plant leadership to drive financial excellence and support key operational initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial operations, from close processes and general ledger management to cost accounting and material margin improvement. You will work closely with the plant manager to manage inventory working capital and drive continuous improvements. Your day-to-day involves analyzing complex financial data to present accurate, timely reports to senior leadership, ensuring the site remains aligned with broader organizational goals. You will also coordinate all audit activities and lead efforts to strengthen internal communications regarding financial targets across the site.
