About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This role is pivotal in partnering closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the site operates with precision and strategic foresight.
The Impact
In this position, you will be the financial anchor for the site, developing policies and procedures that significantly impact operations. You will analyze complex financial data to present accurate, timely reports to senior leadership, keeping them abreast of financial status and progress. A key part of your mission is to align department strategy with broader organizational goals and strengthen internal communications around financial targets at all levels. You will also assist the plant manager in managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements in this critical area.
