About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This role is pivotal in partnering closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the site's fiscal health while facilitating decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
In this position, you will develop financial policies and procedures that significantly impact the site, while consistently analyzing financial data to present timely, accurate reports to senior leadership. You will align department strategy with broader organizational goals and lead efforts to strengthen internal communications regarding financial objectives. Additionally, you will assist the plant manager in managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements in this critical area.
