About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This position is critical for driving financial excellence and supporting strategic operational initiatives. The Plant Controller will partner closely with plant leadership to provide strong financial guidance, overseeing all aspects of financial operations from close processes and general ledger management to cost accounting and material margin improvement.
In this role, you will develop financial policies with significant site-wide impact and align department strategy with broader organizational goals. You will serve as a key advisor to the Plant Manager, assisting in the management of inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements. The role requires coordinating all audit activities and providing leadership to strengthen internal communications around financial goals at all levels of the site.
