About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This position is pivotal in partnering with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring the integrity of close processes, general ledger management, cost accounting, budgeting, and material margin improvement.
In this role, you will develop and implement financial policies that significantly impact the site, while consistently analyzing data to present accurate, timely reports to senior leadership. You will align departmental strategy with broader organizational goals and lead efforts to strengthen internal communications regarding financial targets. Additionally, you will assist the plant manager in managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements, while coordinating all audit activities to ensure compliance and transparency.
