Site Controller (Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This role is pivotal in partnering closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the site operates with precision and strategic foresight.

In this position, you will serve as a key advisor to the plant manager, focusing on strengthening internal communications around financial goals at all levels. You will work directly with site leadership to align department strategy with broader organizational goals, managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements. The role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment, capable of identifying problems and developing effective solutions while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
