About the Role
Synertex LLC is seeking Simulation Training Instructors (STI) to operate, maintain, and provide instruction using Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) across multiple installations. This role is critical to supporting training exercises, ensuring realistic, safe, and effective mission rehearsal and crew training for Active, Reserve, and National Guard units.
As an STI, you will serve as a bridge between technology and doctrine, delivering high-quality training to units while maintaining the readiness of complex simulation systems. You will work collaboratively with TSC Leads and fellow instructors to optimize training support, ensuring that every exercise meets doctrinal standards and safety requirements.
Position Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Camp Ripley, MN. Please note that this position is contingent upon the award of the government contract.
