About the Role
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator serves as a vital link within the Warehouse and Logistics department at International Spices. Based at our Fremont manufacturing plant, this position ensures the accurate handling, movement, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing materials. By maintaining the flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods, the Coordinator supports production operations, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and shipped safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time role based at the manufacturing plant, operating on a schedule of four 10-hour days. The position requires working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with varying temperatures. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be necessary to align with production schedules. The role demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, as well as frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
