About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will execute the company's brand strategy and lead the store crew to deliver exceptional service. Your day-to-day involves teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to team members while overseeing shift operations across our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will actively monitor inventory and supply levels, ensure kitchen equipment is maintained, and uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Success in this role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and food quality, ensuring that all store policies and practices are implemented and followed diligently.
