Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. This position is designed for individuals looking to lead a team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the Life

As a Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising crew members, assigning work positions, and leading the team during shifts. Your primary focus will be ensuring that orders are prepared correctly and on time. You will monitor food quality and cleanliness, handle customer complaints, and manage cash management procedures. Additionally, you will complete shift reports and assist with inventory and ordering to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently.

Assistant Managers may also assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, training new employees, and opening and closing the restaurant. You will ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
