About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will direct the activities of associates during specific shifts, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining strict adherence to policy and procedure. This role is the backbone of daily operations, requiring you to create work schedules, provide training, and evaluate worker performance. You will act as the primary contact for employee concerns, mentor staff to set goals, and prepare reports to ensure your unit meets quality, productivity, and safety standards.

This is a full-time, event-based position located at 1910 W University Drive, Boise, ID. While the role is primarily focused on shift leadership, business needs may vary, potentially requiring year-round work or relocation to different locations during academic breaks.
