Buger King Shift Supervisor/Assistant Manager

About the Role

Burger King is seeking Shift Supervisors and Assistant Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise employees, and ensure customer service and food quality standards are met. This position is responsible for leading the team during shifts, ensuring orders are prepared correctly and on time, monitoring food quality and cleanliness, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Team Context

As a Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the restaurant's success. You will supervise crew members, assign work positions, and assist with food preparation and customer service. You will handle customer complaints, manage cash drawers, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently during your shift. Assistant Managers may also assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, training new employees, and opening and closing the restaurant.
