About the Role

The Shift Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. You will act as the face of the brand during your shift, ensuring that store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly. By recognizing the importance of our people, you will strengthen the team's contribution toward achieving unit goals.

In this role, you will teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members. Your focus will be on maximizing store sales through exceptional customer satisfaction and high food quality. You will actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, as well as maintaining kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness standards. Success in this position requires a customer-focused work ethic, a positive approach to training and developing team members, and the ability to build an environment of trust.

Work Schedule

This position operates on a rotating 3-week schedule with an expected 45-hour work week. Shifts typically run from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm, though work days may vary based on the rotation. You will report directly to the Assistant Manager.

Hiring Process

To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least one year of work experience, a High School Diploma or G.E.D., be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid Driver's License. The on-boarding process includes a criminal background check and a job-fit assessment.
